There are over 4.000 children in San Bernardino County who live in foster care. As dependents of the court, these children pass through a court system which can leave them lost, confused and feeling as if they are all alone. C.A.S.A. of San Bernardino County is searching for Volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of abused and neglected children residing in a foster home or group home throughout San Bernardino County. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) you will serve as a positive role model, mentor, and advocate to ensure that the needs and best interests of each child are being heard. As an Educational Advocate, you will work with the schools to advocate for the educational needs of 1 to 5 children to ensure that each child receives every service needed to succeed in school, pass the exit exam and graduate from high school. Our volunteers provide stability and hope to children by adding a powerful voice in their lives.
