If you are an EXPERIENCED Alarm Sales Professional with proven door-to-door sales skills, we have an exceptional opportunity for you, heading up our new Promotions Department. In this high-visibility position, you will recruit, train, motivate and lead a team of field promotions reps, giving away our free wireless systems to qualified homeowners. You will also set the example by producing personal sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy person who loves to teach and develop others and who really believes in the value of home security. WE REQUIRE:

- A verifiable track record of success in door-to-door sales, preferably in the home security industry (will consider other similar background, i.e. Kirby, etc)
- A clean criminal history and a good driving record
- A high level of integrity
- Experience in team-building, recruiting and training
- The willingness to set the example by maintaining personal sales production
