If you are interested in this or any of our other available animals, please check out our website at www.Mustang-Spirit.org Canary is estimated to be about 21 yrs old, she was rescued from a feedlot in Washington and then found her way to us with the help of one of our volunteers. She appears to be Egyptian bred and would love to have her own special person for whom she could be 'that special horse'. She is flea bitten gray and was also evaluated and ridden at the feedlot and said to be a nice ride. We have found she gets depressed when moved around and it takes her a while to warm up but she is a very sweet girl that just needs lots of 1-on-1. Although she was evaluated as a ride able horse at the feedlot, while in foster care she flipped herself over while being saddled. We have had her seen by our chiropractor and he has determined that she is not sound to ride so we are looking for a companion home for Canary. Canary has fallen in love with Fury and if someone would consider adopting both of them together we would offer a great deal on the pair. $200 available for foster or adoption. ADOPTION FEE WAIVED WITH CONTRACTCanary is located in Pinon Hills, CAWe are always looking for foster homes to assist us in caring for our horses. We do not charge our foster homes a fee and we do offer Tax Deductable Receipts to our foster homes (please check with your tax specialist to see if you quailfy).
