I can not insert our Executive Summary in this posting but will be glad to send it with balance sheets, projected income and other Business Plan docs. The project consists of a grocery store to replace one of three that were destroyed in Hurricane Rita (the three stores sales in 2005 was $7,721,195.00) These people are traveling 50 miles round trip now to buy groceries. Also in this First Phase is an ice plant with 40 ton per day capacity to service the commercial fishing industry and oil field needs. This Phase requires $600K funding. The second Phase is a fuel dock and C-store located at the docks. This phase requires $500K also. We have land leases at two locations ready to proceed.
