Description
.C. is a 7-9 month old Border Collie mix. His is a smooth coat with adorable pricked ears. Weighing approximately 40 pounds, he is going to be a medium size for the breed. K.C. does well with all the fosters, even the puppies and small dogs. He is kind. He will stand up for himself and shows the potential to be upper level in the pack structure. We are recommending opposite placement for this reason. Another of our players, a home with a female canine companion is what we are seeking for him. K.C. is learning how to use a doggie door, crates reasonably well, and has been a good traveler. He is a strong boy and does pull on leash. A home older children would be best. He responds well to voice correction and is showing he is not going to be a hard dog. Obedience would benefit the forging of a bond with his new owner. Such a nice age to start serious training, he shows best buddy material all the way. KC is being fostered in San Bernardino County.
