Hello,


Seeking private individuals who are educated or at least familiar with investing and have made previous investments who are looking for a safe investment with great returns.

We are looking for cash investors or those who would like to invest with a self-directed IRA and invest tax-free.



The people we are looking to work with are passive income investors or someone who is ready to take a more hands off approach while still making secured returns. I am NOT looking for uneducated inexperienced people who have no other assets or are or need to live directly off of their return. I consider people like this too risky and am not interested in assisting people over leverage or put all of their eggs in one basket to put food on the table.
