It's a great treadmill unfortunately it needs some work. It's a bit hard to explain what is wrong with it. I tried to take pictures so you can see it (3rd and 4th pic). The damage has to do with the roller in the back. The band you walk on got caught in the side where the roller attaches to the treadmill. The electronics are in great working condition.
