Blarney is a 5 years old Congo African Grey. He loves to come out and sit with you. His favorite saying is, "Your a meanie weenie". He does have other phrases he can say and isn't shy to talk in front of you. Blarney will allow you scratch the top if his head when he wants you to. He is perfectly feathered and is in great health.
